The reliable and high quality company

According to the customer satisfaction survey Ikihirsi is the reliable and high quality company. 

In 2009 we have analysed all of our customers during the years 2006-2008. The target of the survey was to analyse customer satisfaction and Ikihirsi image.

We have received a lot of positive feedback and the respondents have thanked especially our personnel friendliness, service minded approach and professionalism. 

The best scores  were  received for delivery reliability and quality. Over 89 % of the respondents regarded Ikihirsi as very reliable and 87 % of our customers regarded our products to have very high quality. As the result of the survey we have received also good proposals to develop our performance. We have noted all the proposals and part of them has been implemented already. 

The most important target of Ikihirsi in the future – it is THE SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
